At Milltown Bath and Candle, we know you’re excited to get your hands on our handmade goodies—and we’re just as excited to send them your way! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:
Processing Time
We carefully craft and pack every order with love (and a little bit of magic). Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, but if we're extra busy—like during the holidays—it might take a smidge longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, so you can choose what works best for you. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size—because no one likes surprises (unless it's a candle scent, of course).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, we trust our shipping carriers to deliver it safely. However, if your package takes an unexpected detour or arrives looking like it had a rough journey, please reach out! We’ll do our best to help.
Local Pickup
Lucky enough to be near us? Stop by the store to pick up your order and say hi! Just select local pickup at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
