We are so honored to collaborate with Mustard Seed Communities to create an exclusive candle, made just for them, with proceeds benefiting their amazing cause. We wanted to share a little of the back story on how all this came to be as well as share ways that you can help, too!
For the past two years, we have been donating MillTown soaps to be given to children and their caregivers during Mustard Seed Communities annual mission trips. We love what MSC is doing and wanted to take it a step further this year!
Together, we decided a candle would be the perfect way to fundraise. Each candle is topped with individually placed mustard seeds, signifying that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.
When we sat down to decide on the scent for these special candles, I already had a specific one in mind that I hoped they would love as much as I did. It’s a scent that’s warm and comforting with a touch of brightness named, ‘Hideaway’. The ladies with Mustard Seed Communities all agreed it was the perfect scent for our project.
Mustard Seed Communities has dedicated themselves to providing homes for special needs children that would otherwise be discarded. They provide these children with a place to feel loved, comforted and cared for. They have created a bright spot for them, their very own ‘hideaway’.
Help us support Mustard Seed Communities as they continue to expand their efforts to provide long term care for so many children in poverty stricken countries.
